Best form i guess is his beating of St Leger winner Enkce, the ground suits and Sir Henry Cecil is firing on all cylinders at the moment. my nb is Aetna, she is a horse i wrote down after her last run. Only won by a neck, but ran very green, and the jockey only asked her to go for it just before the line, it was done on purpose, but this horse looke

Cap O'Rushes todays Nap 2:30 Newbury - Cap O'Rushes 3/1 (nap) 3:15 Ayr - Rebel Rebellion 5/2 3:25 Fontwell - Peut Etra Sivola 7/2 6:50 Southwell - Bocamix 14/1 e/w 5:10 Wexford - Fantastic Strike 20/1 - £30 6:10 Wexford - Whiskey And Red 16/1 £60 stake - £30 return = -£30 loss Todays Nap   2:30 Newbury - Cap O'Rushes 3/1 This is a horse i liked from last year. In his last race i thought the step up in distance to 1m 2f would suit well, and it did, but that day he didn't seem to go as well on the soft ground, although only got beaten by 1/2L. Today it will be drier and i think that will suit very well. His 6th place can be ignored as he was short for room when he did get out, he just couldn't catch the leaders. Big positives on this horse. First it is Trainer and Jockeys only runner/ride tomorrow, and we all know how that worked for this combo a couple of days ago with Improvisation. 2nd - the stable is in cracking form, 3rd connections hold

Ghuraiar beating Havana Gold last time out 2:35 Cheltenham - Tara Rose 9/2 -£55 2:55 Newmarket - Ghurair 4/5 5:55 Wolverhampton - Whiteflats 8/1 (*) - £90 7:25 Wolverhampton - Shea 9/2 (nap *) £40 stake - £145 returns = £105 profit Todays Nap 7:25 Wolverhampton - Shea 9/2 Firstly before i talk about my nap, the 2 horses marked * are one's i have tried a new system. Shea was on my shortlist anyway but, it comes up on my new system With my nap, her yard is in form, and although she hasn't run since her win in October, i think she can take this. Her last race the 2 horses that came 2nd and 3rd have gone on to win 6 races between them. She is only up 2lb in the handicap and will improve. and on the others Ghurair had his win franked yesterday with a cracking win by my nap Improvisation. He has also beaten Havana Gold and Dundonnell, both horse i rate very highly indeed. Bit short but i am positive he will win. Tara Rose is 14lb better off in the weights since

Improvisation is todays NAP 2:55 Newmarket - Bungleinthejungle 9/4 5:15 Newmarket - Improvisation 15/8- £28.75 6:30 Kempton - Leitrim Pass SP 7:00 Kempton - Rainford Glory 3/1 £40 stake - £28.75 returns = -£ 11.25 loss One to watch out for 3:30 Newmarket - Birdman 16/1 e/w step down in class, i followed this horse last year, maybe better if it rained but has run some very good races in defeat. Todays Nap 5:15 Newmarket - Improvisation 15/8 This is a horse i had on my one to watch list. His first race was a very hot affair and has had some very smart horses in it including Dundonnell and Ghurair, it was a more timid race last time out and possibly disappointed a little, although a very close 3rd, and he was beaten by Steeler, who has gone on to a lot better. His dam is half-sister to smart middle-distance stayer Self Defense out of half-sister to Irish Oaks winner Princess Pati. So this step up in distance suggests it will suit well. Connections hold him in "Hi

Unika La Reconce blunders at last hurdle 4:00 Kempton - Unika La Reconce 11/4 Willie Mullins doesn't send horses across the pond without a reason, just look at Cheltenham. Today he brings this very lightly raced mare, and although there have been doubts expressed about the ground, i am not sure that will be an issue. Her last race she was on course to win, bit blundered at the last fence, as the picture shows, Ruby Walsh did well to stay on. And she was only beaten 3/4L, i think she can go one better today. Most notably on her form is a 2l behind Une Artiste, although 9th in that race, we all know how well Une Artiste has progressed. So this horse is my only tip of the day.

Burnham 2:50 Windsor - Woolfall Sovereign 9/1 e/w (treble) 3:50 Windsor - Rees Rascal 10/1 e/w - £17.50 4:40 Redcar - Studfarmer 6/4 4:50 Windsor - Choral Festival 14/1 e/w (nb)   5:00 Newcastle - Severiano 5/2 5:20 Winsdor - Burnham 10/3 (nap) £60 stake = £17.50 returns = -£.50 loss T odays Nap 5:20 Winsdor - Burnham 10/3 This is a horse i followed last summer, my notes simply says, needs soft ground between 10f - 12f, much better if gelded??? So the good news is, he was gelded sometime over the winter, he runs on soft and he gets the distance. I think you can ignore his last run in a higher class last time out, he just didn't get the distance. He won here last year over slightly shorter and it looks good for him to take this race. With Richard Hughes in the saddle i feel quite confident of a win today. I would like to go through some of my other choices today, as i think all my choices have cracking chances today and Burnham scraped it as he is a horse i fo
